Sanda Herzic graduated in dramatic arts at the National Conservatory in Zagreb and at the Jacques Lecoq School in Paris.
Since 1984, she directed and performed different theater pieces in France, Croatia, England and Australia: original, theatrical and musical creations. She staged Of Mice and Men by Steinbeck, The Elephant Man by B. Pomerance, Kes by B. Hines, Queen of the Snows by J.C. Andersen, Hunters of Stories by Aesop, etc. Picture of Dreams is a work she created among the Australian Aborigines. She staged Apocalypso in three versions: in Vienna, Zagreb and Amsterdam.
In her stagings, music plays a very important role, but in her last creations, Sei Solo and The Vision of Tondal, Sound becomes the main actor. She seeks a pure and universal language to stage the most profound themes with lightness.

In a reinvented musical language, between plain-chant, readings, traditional melodies and simple polyphonies (full of unexpected intervals), seven singers with superb voices and a rare commitment, carry us on a visionary voyage through time and space… to the other-side. Remarquable!
