We are delighted to announce that Katarina Livljanić is one of the winners of the prestigious Villa Albertine's residency competition of artists, designers, scholars and cultural professionals in residence in 30 American cities.

The Villa Albertine is an establishment of the French Embassy and the Ministry of European and Foreign Affairs in the United States, supported as well by the French Ministry of Culture and the Institut français.

Thanks to this Franco-American collaboration, Katarina will be the resident of the Villa Albertine in New York City in February 2026, to conduct her research and nurture a new concert programme based on the New York years of Yvette Guilbert, the Belle Epoque singer, storyteller, actress and writer, who performed medieval music along with the café-concert repertoire.
